Get to Know You: Deep-dive.

This 90 minute session will allow us to establish our connection, dive deep into visualizing your dream pregnancy and build the roadmap to your authentic birth.

8 Connection Sessions.

Each of these 90 minute 1:1’s will serve as milestones in your progression. We will check in on how you’re feeling, check in with Baby, answer questions and address concerns.

(5 Prenatal + 3 Postpartum)

Womb Healing.

This is intentional time where you will connect with your Baby and define your Birth Team as well as address any womb trauma you may have. Guided mediations and energy healing can also be incorporated into our time together.

Birth Team Check-In.

In this 90 minute session we will sit down with all the members of your birth team to set intentions for your birth. During this time we will address any questions from you team.

Childbirth Wisdom.

Through our time together you will become fully informed on the physiology of birth including: What is normal?, Navigating Emergencies, Pain & Fear and Postpartum Preparation.
